The next generation of racers...

Good times at the Las Vegas “Strip” Saturday night...

Bonnie is a great crew member and was a great tow-4wheeler driver all day, thanks honey, I love you.

We got the the track Saturday afternoon for a open test session and the wind was blowing pretty hard so things got off to a slow start, but with a hand full of guys standing around telling there version of how fast “they” are it pasted the time quickly and with Aleesha and Tyler making some fast laps in the Vega after things got running, well the bull stops fast when the time slips are printed. ;)

LVMS is such a awesome place to go race, it is cool to know that this is the same race tack that Pros like John Force, Jeg Coughlin race on and off the people are great.

Jim Jennings, and Doug Warner had there Camaros there for a little grudge match racing with each other and I am proud to say that today Jim is a owner of a time slip that has a 11:88 pass at 115 MPH, Great job Jim I know that you wanted that slip more then anyone.

Mom is always good for packing a nice lunch, and getting some good pictures. thanks for the sandwich mom.

Aleesha made the last pass that day, she had some great reaction times that day, this last pass was a .006 red dang close but any way the exciting part was her having to gather things up at the other end of the track when the “rice rocket” that she was racing got sideways and was trying to see how Aleeshas side of the track was at 100 mph, but she was on her game and stayed out of his way and stayed out of trouble, Great job Aleesha!

Family Photo's

I got the photo's back from the family party that we had before Christie, Mckell and Brian moved to Oklahoma on the 8th of this month. Wow they turned out great I can't thank Bradi Eardley enough at "TheSweetLifePhotography.com" I have wanted a photo of the girls and I for a while but it never seams to happen, everybody is busy with something going on in there life and we can't get together. So with Christie moving it was the motivation that we needed to get the fam together long enough to take a picture.

I have a great family and love all you you very much, It cracks me up when I see these pic's! Having to put up with all of these women I can't believe that I am not crazy! :) Or am I?

Our Family tree is full of nuts!

Global warming, ha---

I know that I said that winter was over but it didn't expect to have 24 inches of fresh snow in the middle of April.

This is the Midway parking lot.

Jon found a tree that he thought needed a trim.

This is the old out house that is by the soccer balls,(Blow Hard) ya that is the roof that we are siting on.

This is the best, Lex thanks for letting me ride your sled!

This is how Bonnie likes to unwind after a morning on the mountain!

We talked Reggi in to taking us out to dinner...Thanks

Infowest tower repair

this is a cabin that is out on Smiths Mesa

Well it took a little effort but we was able to get to Graff and do repairs on the site again, twice in one week dang! The wind had broke some brackets to one of the antennas but Kelly did a great job on rigging up something to make it work (Macgyvering it up)... so much for global warming. 24 inches of snow this week. Wow I hope that it doesn't all melt at once!

April, Snow?

I must have done a snow dance that was over the top this year! I'm sorry Bonnie I know that its making you sad, 2 years ago we was planting her new lawn in Cedar on a bright sunny day, but not this year.
This is April 18, 2007 at Bonnies house in Cedar..

So on with the story, Kelly walked in to my office this morning and asked me, do you think that we can get to Graff point?(above Kanarville) I thought we'll maybe with a helicopter? No really Kelly was going to try and fly in, but the weather was to bad for that. Well the site was down so we headed out in the KW to see if we could get to the site to get it back up and running before the next storm comes in tomorrow.

Well the pictures I think speak for them selves, Kelly Randy and I got in by going up Right Hand Canyon and across Smiths Mesa, it wasn't to bad going in but coming home was like driving in side a white paint can, about 20 miles across! I can't believe the snow for this time of year, it must have snowed 15 inches in the last 24 hours....on top of the 4 to 5 feet that is still there.

I hate to say it but I think that I am going to have to go to Midway this Saturday and get one more dig in!

Love ya lots, and keep your gear dry!

With the weather looking rough for Easter weekend Bonnie and I decided to spend the weekend at the cabin, now I had no idea that Shalon liked Easter so much, but boy I do now.
Neil and Shalon had baskets of goodies, she had eggs to color and Bonnie had peeps to bake (some kind of Easter smore) and well you know me I can't pass up a chance to get a little snowmobiling in and to do it in my tennis shoes and jeans well that is just to cool. So needless to say we had a great time.
It did snow about 6 inches on Friday night and the snow was on and off all day Saturday but there was a break in the weather long enough to get “Oscar” finished. He is Peter cotton tails cousin from Canada, anyway we had a great time making him look very festive for the Easter weekend.
I am sad to say that is going to finish up the snowmobiling for the year I can't complain this has been one of the best years that we have had for a while, but you know me I will be counting that days tell it snows again.
Happy Easter everyone...
